Samir Abla Pastry is an authentic Lebanese pastry shop established by Samir Abla in 1989. Marwan Abou Mrad and Hani Elmorr purchased the business in 1992 and have owned and operated it since. Samir Abla Pastry is one of the original Lebanese sweets shops established in Sydney and it is well known for its fresh Knefeh and famous Znood El Sit which are made daily.
