Turning tragedy into triumph An early high school knee injury needing physiotherapy attention sparked my interest to become a physiotherapist and propelled me into the career I love. Having grown up in Marrickville all my life and being a member of the local community it was an easy decision to set up Oz Physiotherapy on the main strip of Marrickville road. After playing state level soccer as an adolescence it was a knee injury which pushed me into the hands of physiotherapy and the passion to become a physiotherapist. I am the owner of Oz Physiotherapy and I have both an Undergraduate degree in Health Science and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. My experience has included over six years of work in private practices all over Sydney and in the sports sector taking care of players and referees from the national rugby league (NRL). I am very passionate about my work and it puts a smile on my face to know I’m working in a career that’s very rewarding, especially when my clients achieve full health and wellness.
